On September 27, 2025, AOTGA warmly welcomed Nordwind Airlines on the occasion of the airline choosing and placing its trust in AOTGA’s ground handling service standards.
Mr. Siriwat Tovachirakul, President of AOTGA, assigned Ms. Hansa Srikitkul, Passenger Services Director, along with the AOTGA team, to represent the company in welcoming Mr. Thawatchai Khwanchai, Chief Operations in Thailand, and Mr. Navin Chetphan, Head of Ground Operations in Thailand, representatives of Nordwind Airlines. They also welcomed passengers arriving on the inaugural flight from Russia, which landed at Phuket International Airport at 09:55 AM (Thailand time). The flight, number N43433, operated on the route from Koltsovo International Airport (SVX) to Phuket International Airport (HKT) using an Airbus A330-300 aircraft.
Nordwind Airlines (IATA code: N4) is a Russian airline founded in 2008 and headquartered in Moscow. It operates flights across Europe and Asia with a diverse fleet, including Airbus A330, A321, Boeing 737-800, and Boeing 777 aircraft.
The launch of this new route to Phuket International Airport aims to promote tourism between Russia and the Asian region, especially Phuket, Thailand, which is a popular destination among Russian tourists. This route provides more convenient travel options, reduces transit time, and contributes to boosting Phuket’s economy and tourism industry.
