On September 9, 2026, AOT Ground Aviation Services Co., Ltd. (AOTGA) joined the welcoming ceremony for TransNusa (8B) to celebrate the launch of its inaugural flight on the Denpasar International Airport (DPS) – Phuket International Airport (HKT) route.
Mr. Siriwat Tovachirakul, President, assigned Miss Hansa Srikitkul, Passenger Services Director, along with AOTGA employees to represent the company in welcoming Mr. Dato’ Bernard Francis, Aviation Group CEO, and Mr. Muhamad Irvan Mustafa, Global Senior Manager Marketing, representatives of TransNusa. AOTGA also presented a flower bouquet to congratulate the airline and express appreciation for placing its trust in AOTGA’s ground handling services. Representatives from Airports of Thailand Public Company Limited (AOT) and the Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) also joined the welcome ceremony.


The inaugural flight, 8B541, operated by an Airbus A320, flew from Denpasar International Airport (DPS) to Phuket International Airport (HKT), arriving as scheduled at 2:35 p.m. (Thailand time).
The launch of this direct route between Bali and Phuket marks another important opportunity to strengthen connectivity between two of the region’s leading tourism destinations, while supporting the growth of international air travel and Thailand’s tourism industry.
