AOTGA supports diversity and employee participation.

On June 10, 2024, Mr. Siriwat Tovachirakul, President, Ms. Ladda Phayomthon, Executive Vice President - Administrative Office, Ms. Amornrat Kritsophon, Executive Vice President - Financial & Accounting Office, Ms. Thitirat Charoenyingwattana, Executive Vice President - Commercial, and Human Resources team of AOT Ground Aviation Services Company Limited (AOTGA) organized a Pride Month pin giveaway event to promote diversity and equality. The event was held at Don Mueang International Airport, Suvarnabhumi Airport, Phuket International Airport, Hat Yai International Airport, Chiang Mai International Airport, and Mae Fah Luang Chiang Rai International Airport, which are all 6 airports that AOTGA provides services to.
