Tigerair Taiwan presented the Best Partner Award to AOTGA at the Station Manager Conference.

On May 15, 2024, Tigerair Taiwan held the Station Manager 2024 Conference, which marked the airline’s 10th anniversary of its operations. Mr. Steve Chang, President of Tigerair Taiwan, gave an opening speech. The conference was attended by station managers and representatives of ground handling companies from various countries that provide services to the airline. The event aims to enhance operational efficiency in various airport operations, including passenger services and ground safety.

Tigerair Taiwan is a low-cost airline based in Taiwan, serving the Asian region with many domestic and international routes, such as Vietnam, Japan, South Korea, and Thailand. With support from all departments and ground service companies in each country, this is an important force that helps drive the airline to operate smoothly and successfully, to the point of receiving the award for The Best Low Cost Airline in Taiwan.

In this conference, appreciation awards were given to various stations to express gratitude for their dedication as representatives of the airline. In addition to the morning activities, the airline also had a party to create entertainment and build good relationships, chaired by Mr. Kevin Chen, the Chairman of Tigerair Taiwan. In the evening, the Best Partner Award was given to the ground service company that is a key factor in driving efficient service. It is a great honor that AOT Ground Aviation Services Company Limited (AOTGA) received this award. Ms. Intiya Forrest, Commercial Deputy Director, and Ms. Lalita Pattanacharoen, Passenger Department Manager, represented the AOTGA team in attending the conference and receiving the awards in Taiwan.
