AOTGA Welcomes Arkia Israeli Airlines' Inaugural Flight at Phuket International Airport.

On July 8, 2026, AOT Ground Aviation Services Company Limited (AOTGA) organized a welcoming ceremony for the inaugural flight of Arkia Israeli Airlines (IZ) on the Ben Gurion Airport (TLV) – Phuket International Airport (HKT) route. Flight IZ0597, operated by an Airbus A330-200, arrived at 3:15 p.m. (Thailand Time).

Mr. Siriwat Tovachirakul, President of AOTGA, assigned Ms. Lawan Sawasdiraksa, Passenger Services Manager – Phuket International Airport, and Mr. Thanadon Badeepong, Baggage Services Manager, together with the AOTGA team, to welcome the inaugural flight. They were joined by Mrs. Somkid Frei, representative of Arkia Israeli Airlines, Station Manager of LTU Asia Aviation Services Co., Ltd., who honored the occasion by participating in the welcoming ceremony.

The launch of this inaugural service marks another significant milestone in strengthening air connectivity between Thailand and Israel, while supporting the growing demand for travel between the two countries.
