AOTGA organizes a “Culture Transformation Sharing Session” to enhance organizational culture.

AOT Ground Aviation Services Co., Ltd. (AOTGA) organized a “Culture Transformation Sharing Session” seminar for all employees in the organization to enhance knowledge and guidelines for creating, developing, and enhancing organizational culture to be stronger. Mr. Siriwat Tovachirakul, President, and Ms. Latda Payomthon, Executive Vice President - Administrative Office, gave opening remarks. Mr. Apiwut Pimolsaengsuriya, founder of Slingshot Group, was honored to be a special speaker to share knowledge with all employees.

The seminar was organized in 4 rounds due to the great interest from employees. Rounds 1 and 2 were held on October 31, 2024, at Amari Don Mueang Airport Hotel, and Rounds 3 and 4 were held on November 6, 2024, at the Main Auditorium, Phuket Air Traffic Control Center.
