AOTGA joins the Songkran Festival at Don Mueang International Airport.

On April 10, 2024, Mr. Siriwat Tovachirakul, President, Wg.Cdr. Thanvee Srinua, Vice President - Don Mueang International Airport, and staff of AOT Ground Aviation Services Company Limited (AOTGA) led the team in dressing in Thai costumes and colorful clothing to welcome the Thai New Year and join the Gateway to Wonderful Songkran activity, a wonderful Songkran, a Thai tradition, a world heritage, organized by Don Mueang International Airport, with Mr. Vijit Kaewsaitiam, Director of Don Mueang International Airport, presiding over the opening ceremony, along with the executives of Don Mueang International Airport.

The event began with the resounding sound of long drums from the parade of the long drum head, a local game of the central region that attracted the attention of tourists. The next step was the performance of the Songkran circle dance in many languages so that foreigners could understand Thai culture and traditions through songs and join in the fun and excitement of the circle dance. There were also activities such as pouring water on the Buddha image for good luck, demonstrations of making perfumed water, and key chains made from local fabrics from the four regions as souvenirs that greatly impressed the participants and tourists.

Don Mueang International Airport is a gateway to various regions of Thailand and Asia. AOTGA would like to be another important force to take care of and provide services to all tourists during the Songkran Festival with safety standards and excellent services.
