On July 1, 2026, AOT Ground Aviation Services Co., Ltd. (AOTGA) joined the welcoming ceremony for the inaugural flydubai (FZ) flight on the new direct route from Dubai International Airport (DXB) to Don Mueang International Airport (DMK). Flight FZ1333, operated by a Boeing 737 MAX 8, arrived at Don Mueang International Airport at 11:25 a.m. (Thailand time).
To mark this milestone, Don Mueang International Airport hosted a Water Salute in honor of the inaugural flight. The ceremony was attended by Mr. Siriwat Tovachirakul, President, together with the management team and employees of AOTGA, Mr. Vijit Kaewsaitiam, General Manager of Don Mueang International Airport, along with employees of AOT, Ms. Thapanee Kiatphaibool, Governor of the Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT), together with TAT representatives, and Mr. Binod Abraham, Regional Manager – Southeast Asia, Commercial Operations, along with representatives from flydubai, who jointly welcomed the inaugural flight.
During the event, executives and representatives from the participating organizations presented commemorative souvenirs to passengers travelling on the inaugural flight and gathered for a group photo in a warm and festive atmosphere. The celebration also featured a ceremonial cake-cutting, an exchange of commemorative gifts between flydubai and the participating organizations, and media interviews highlighting the significance of the new route and the collaboration among the partners.
