AOTGA and King Power Celebrate Pride Month through “Power of Inclusion,” Fostering a Truly Inclusive Workplace

On June 10, 2026, AOT Ground Aviation Services Company Limited (AOTGA), in collaboration with King Power, organized the “Power of Inclusion” initiative to celebrate Pride Month and promote a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion through three key activities.

The event featured “Live Session: Voices of Belonging,” a platform where employee representatives shared their personal experiences, highlighting the importance of embracing differences and fostering a sense of belonging within the workplace. Another highlight was “Parade I’m People,” a vibrant parade that celebrated inclusion through the diversity and uniqueness of individuals, reinforcing the message that everyone should feel proud to be their authentic selves. The event also included “Inclusion Aerobics,” an exercise activity designed to encourage equal participation in a positive and enjoyable atmosphere.

These activities reflected the commitment of both organizations to building an open and inclusive work environment that respects diversity and empowers individuals to reach their full potential.

The event was part of the ongoing “Power of Inclusion” initiative jointly driven by AOTGA and King Power to promote an organizational culture that values openness, respect for differences, and equal participation for all employees. Both organizations firmly believe that diversity is a key driver of sustainable growth, while fostering a sense of belonging serves as the foundation for meaningful collaboration and workplace happiness.
