» Indigo Air – The number 1 low-cost airline in India to resume flights from Delhi to Phuket
Indigo Air has restarted flight services from Delhi to Phuket, starting from 15 March 2022. Indigo Air is the most popular low-cost airline in India and the airline performs India’s first international Sustainable Aviation Fuel flight with Airbus A320neo. The inaugural flight arrived at Phuket International Airport and it was warmly welcomed by AOT Ground Aviation Services Company (AOTGA), bringing passengers back after the pandemic according to Thailand Reopening.
At AOTGA, a ground handling services provider, strictly follows the Covid-19 safety measures in order to help prevent the spread of the Coronavirus disease and we comply with IATA safety regulations as safety is our priority.
Mr. Gurpreet Singh Grewal, Director-AO&CS, International & Domestic Station Startup of Indigo Air met Mr. Monchai Tanode, General Manager of Phuket International Airport, to express his gratitude for resuming operations after two-year hiatus.

» วันที่ 15 มีนาคม 65 "Indigo Air" สายการบินโลว์คอสต์เบอร์1 ของอินเดีย กลับมาให้บริการเส้นทางบินกรุงเดลี-ภูเก็ต พร้อมด้วยเครื่องบินรักษ์สิ่งแวดล้อมตัวใหม่ แอร์บัส A320 นีโอ (A320neo) ในเที่ยวบินปฐมฤกษ์ที่ 6E1763 นำพาผู้โดยสารชุดแรกจากกรุงเดลี ร่อนลงแตะพื้นรันเวย์สนามบินภูเก็ตอย่างปลอดภัย ภายหลังจากประเทศไทยเปิดรับนักท่องเที่ยวจากต่างประเทศตามนโยบายเปิดประเทศของทางภาครัฐ เมื่อปลายปี 2564 ที่ผ่านมา โดยท่าอากาศยานภูเก็ตและบริษัท บริการภาคพื้น ท่าอากาศยานไทย จำกัด (AOTGA) ได้ต้อนรับสายการบินอย่างอบอุ่นเป็นกันเอง ซึ่งเที่ยวบินนี้ AOTGA เป็นผู้ให้บริการภาคพื้นและคลังสินค้าอย่างเต็มรูปแบบด้วยมาตรฐานการให้บริการที่ปฏิบัติตามกฎการบินสากล IATA เพราะความปลอดภัยคือสิ่งที่ทางบริษัทให้ความสำคัญเป็นอันดับหนึ่ง อีกทั้งยังได้ปฏิบัติตามมาตรการการป้องกันการแพร่ระบาดของโรคติดเชื้อ COVID-19 อย่างเคร่งครัด เพื่อป้องกันการแพร่กระจายของเชื้อไวรัสโคโรน่า 2019 อีกด้วย
ในการนี้ Mr.Gurpreet Singh Grewal, Director-AO&CS, International & Domestic Station Startup ตัวแทนสายการบิน Indigo Air ได้เข้าพบนายมนต์ชัย ตะโหนด ผู้อำนวยการท่าอากาศยานภูเก็ต บริษัท ท่าอากาศยานไทย จำกัด (AOT) เพื่อขอบคุณในโอกาสที่สายการบิน กลับมาทำการบินอีกครั้ง ณ ท่าอากาศยานภูเก็ต หลังจากได้หยุดทำการบินนานกว่า 2 ปี เนื่องจากสถานการณ์การแพร่ระบาดของโรคติดเชื้อ COVID-19
