»Completed with the inspection and development of standards between AOT Ground Aviation Services Company Limited (AOTGA) and ISAGO (The IATA Safety Audit for Ground Operations) standard audit team at Phuket International Airport after passing the inspection at Don Mueang Station during the past 21 July 2023.

This inspection will elevate AOTGA's service standards to international standards under the International Air Transport Association (IATA) in order to build confidence in the service of airline customers entering Thailand through international airports with ground service providers on behalf of AOTGA providing services.

However, after this inspection process, we will be able to know the results and will receive the ISAGO certificate from IATA by October 2023.

โดยการตรวจสอบในครั้งนี้จะเป็นการยกระดับมาตรฐานการให้บริการของ AOTGA ไปสู่ความเป็นมาตรฐานสากลภายใต้ สมาคมขนส่งทางอากาศระหว่างประเทศ (International Air Transport Association / IATA) และเพื่อที่จะสร้างความเชื่อมั่นในการใช้บริการของลูกค้าสายการบินที่เข้ามาในประเทศไทยผ่านท่าอากาศยานนานาชาติ ที่มีผู้ให้บริการภาคพื้นในนามของ AOTGA ให้บริการอยู่

ทั้งนี้ ภายหลังจากขั้นตอนการตรวจสอบในครั้งนี้ จะสามารถทราบผล และจะได้รับใบรับรอง ISAGO จาก IATA ภายในช่วงเดือนตุลาคม 2566 นี้
